Muzingu Richard is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda specializing in business transactions, corporate & commercial practice, litigation, land transactions, intellectual property law and property acquisitions. He provides strategic legal advice on complex transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, while also guiding clients through property acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and dispute resolution. His litigation experience reinforces his advisory work, ensuring effective representation in contentious matters.

Richard holds an LLB (Hons) from Makerere University and a First-Class Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, where he earned the Director’s List Award of Academic Excellence (2021/2022). He is also an active member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
